Bean Pot Heavenly Rice

Cook Rice in Microwave in Bean Pot (depending on how much of a serving you want). Allow rice to cool. Add: 2-small cans Fruit Cocktail (Drained) 1- small container Cool Whip (thawed) 1/2 pkg. miniature Marshmallows 1/4 cup coconutMix Together and place bean pot in refrigerator. Serve cold.

1/3 cup popcorn kernels 3 tablespoons cooking oil   Add cooking oil to popcorn kernels, then cover bean pot with lid. Microwave for 5-6 minutes. Remove lid carefully to avoid escaping steam.
