Bean Pot Chicken Cordon Bleu

4 Chicken Breasts 4 Slices of Ham   4 Slices of Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack Cheese Pound the Chicken Breasts until flat, put Ham & Cheese on top & roll up. Secure with a toothpick. Place in your Bean Pot & Bake at 350 for approximately 30 minutes to 45 minutes… or until done.

Bean Pot Salsa Chicken Tacos

1 Packet of Taco Seasoning 6 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts 1 Jar of Salsa Place all ingredients into Bean Pot. Stir and cook on 400 for about an 1 hour or until chicken is cooked throughout. Should be able to shred with a fork. Place chicken mixture in tortillas and top with your favorite toppings!
